Welcome to the 2016 Winter Oahuleague Registration Site
Registration is open from 10/16/2015 to 11/1/2015. Registration fees can be found on the Registration page at the Oahuleague site.
Please note that the Winter Season is a Competitive season (Scores or Standings will be Posted). As a competitive season, teams in ages U10 and younger may self-select the level you feel is appropriate (Select or Premier, Up in Age with the exception that U10 teams must play U10). U11 and U12 teams will be placed in divisions by the competition committee with the U11 season being a "shakeout" season In a "shakeout" season, teams play in initial groups and based upon their performance in those initial groups, they are put into new groups with similar performing teams. These new groups then play to develop a final ranking for each team within the age group (Some times there are more than 1 re-grouping, it all depends upon the total number of teams that enter that age group).
Games will be played on:
Play dates for the league, for all divisions are Saturday and Sunday.
Start Dates for the Season:
12/5 & 12/6 - for all Divisions
Special Requests:
All special requests with regards to scheduling should be included in the comments section of the league application. Some typical areas may include:
- Coaching more than 1 team - NOTE: Every attempt will be made to minimize coaching conflicts for those teams that are activated prior to the start of scheduling (If you get in your paperwork submitted on time, you should be okay. To be safe, I suggest you attempt to get it in at least 1 week earlier than that). While every effort is made to minimize coaching conflicts, there are times when it is not possible to avoid them especially for those coaches listed on 3, 4 or more teams. Please note that this applies to head coaches only as defined on your rosters.
- Byes for travel - the league allows teams to miss 1 weekend of games for travel to off-island soccer tournaments if you identify the event and dates with your application.
- Other Requests - other requests for special consideration like only playing on a certain day, playing at a certain time, etc... are generally considered in the schedule on a best effort basis with no guarantees to the level that your request will be accommodated.
